Am not a volunteer, feel free to delete— Mostly I wanted to pop in and say thanks to jennifer for their help on a support ticket earlier today! I closed the Request hastily and didn’t realize it’d block off additional feedback, whoops. Did not expect to get such a fast or easy response, and it’s much appreciated! Thanks for everything all y’all Dreamwidth wizards do :D

I don't know whether she reads this, but you're welcome. I believe you (as the submitter of that support request) can reopen it if you need to add details or if the initial answer doesn't help. Just view the request while logged in to your Dreamwidth account, then click the "Reopen this request" link near the top of the page.
