I'm sad to say that misskat has had to leave us, due to time pressures from her dayjob and that mythical thing called Real Life. We'll miss her immensely; she did a tremendous amount to help shape support and docs from the very beginning, and we're tremendously grateful for all her hard work and commitment.

For now, if you have questions about support or docs, you can come to me or to karzilla! (And we'll figure out some workflow to make it easier for people to start volunteering in those departments when we get a chance.)
