In 10 days (minus a few hours IIRC), I will be marking 22 years since I quit smoking.

Reminder if/as needed: if you're in one of the heatwave areas in North America, (I think) India, and probably other places I haven't seen mentioned, try to stay as cool and hydrated as personal circumstances allow, and to make sure that everyone and every animal around you does.

First of all, congrats on the upcoming anniversary. A current neighbor of mine has been smoke-free now for just under a year, and a former neighbor who recently moved into another building is currently trying to quit.





As for me, I've had 2 window AC units but my building is going to be converted to central heating and cooling probably within the next week or so. We're not quite sure how it will be done, mainly given the cost of it all but we're optimistic. Or at least I think most of us are, lol. I've also been keeping busy hanging out w/the neighbors and my tutor. Our nonprofit agency is getting its 3rd exec director, and 3 potential candidates are coming here on Monday to talk with us and get a tour of our building. I think the board chair will also be in attendance.
